D&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, on a des outils num\u00e9riques qui nous promettent monts et merveilles, et de l&#8217;autre, on se bat encore avec des ports satur\u00e9s ou des p\u00e9nuries de chauffeurs qui nous font suer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vrai d\u00e9fi, c&#8217;est la&nbsp;<strong>donn\u00e9e<\/strong>. Si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas capable de dire \u00e0 votre client, en trois clics, o\u00f9 est son conteneur et quel est son \u00ab poids carbone \u00bb, vous \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0 hors-jeu. On n&#8217;est plus de simples agents de r\u00e9servation, on est devenus des pompiers de la logistique. Le transitaire qui ne sait pas calculer l&#8217;impact d&#8217;un trajet maritime versus un combo ferroviaire ne passera plus les appels d&#8217;offres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le report modal, c&#8217;est maintenant<\/strong>\u00a0: On ne propose plus le train ou la barge \u00ab pour l&#8217;\u00e9cologie \u00bb, on le propose pour la\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9silience<\/strong>. Moins de camions sur les routes, c&#8217;est moins de stress, moins de blocages et surtout moins de taxes carbone \u00e0 la fin du mois.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les carburants de demain<\/strong>\u00a0: On voit enfin arriver du concret. Le m\u00e9thanol, le Bio-GNL, les SAF pour l&#8217;a\u00e9rien&#8230; C&#8217;est cher, c&#8217;est s\u00fbr, mais c&#8217;est notre r\u00f4le de conseiller le client : \u00ab Regarde, \u00e7a co\u00fbte 15 % de plus, mais ton bilan carbone chute de 80 %. \u00bb C&#8217;est \u00e7a, la nouvelle valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi nord-am\u00e9ricain : Plus qu&#8217;une simple fronti\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez nous, la logistique, c&#8217;est une question de distances d\u00e9mesur\u00e9es. Le transitaire de demain, c&#8217;est celui qui int\u00e8gre des flottes de camions \u00e9lectriques pour les livraisons urbaines. On ne vend plus seulement du transport, on vend de la&nbsp;<strong>tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit<\/strong>&nbsp;et de la&nbsp;<strong>cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 environnementale<\/strong>.
